Cardiovascular Equipment
Vitality Heath and Fitness has a wide range of cardiovascular equipment to suit all our members' needs.
The machines are all supplied by Life Fitness, the world leader in fitness equipment. In total, our cardio area contains:
- 5 treadmills
- 5 cross-trainers
- 3 upright bikes
- 2 recumbent bikes
- 2 steppers
- 3 rowing machines
All our cardio vascular equipment is contained within our cardio theatre. In this area we have four large LCD screens showing a variety of television channels including MTV, BBC News, Sky Sports News and terrestrial stations. In addition, we have Radio One and Red Dragon FM, Cardiff's local radio station, as well as over 500 chart hits to listen to during your workout.
Headphones can be purchased from reception or you can simply bring your own to use.
