Changing Facilities
The changing facilities at Vitality Health and Fitness are brand new for 2005 and have been designed to provide you with all the amenities you need before and after your workout.
Lockers are provided for members' personal belongings and a padlock for these can be purchased from our reception if you do not have your own.
Individual changing cubicles, showers, toilets and hairdryers are also present in both male and female changing rooms and additional plug sockets have been included for members' to use items such as hair straighteners.
