Classes

As well as our well-stocked gym area, Vitality also boasts a purpose-built studio for classes. The majority of the classes that we run are included in your membership fee. Please check the timetable for more details.

All classes are tutored by experienced professionals and can offer an added social element to your exercise programme.
Each class holds approximately 20-25 people and we recommend that you book (up to 48 hours in advance) to avoid disappointment.
