At the heart of Vitality health club is our range of state-of-the-art resistance equipment by Epic. This area is well stocked with resistance machines to suit every type of workout.
When your membership starts, you will be given an individual fitness assessment with one of our team who will work out a bespoke programme to suit your needs and provide you with full training on each of your preferred machines.
This type of support is available throughout your membership and you will be invited to regular sessions with one of our staff who will monitor your progress and alter your fitness programme accordingly.
