AEROBICS - An energetic cardio class to challenge all levels of fitness. Strengthening floor work to challenge the abdominals and upper body complete this total workout.

YOGA - An essential class to strengthen and lengthen the whole body. Using specific full body movements & stretches, the class is completed by a short relaxation session to reward the body and mind.

BODY BLAST - For those of us that need that extra motivation. A varied combination of compound resistance and cardiovascular exercises.
CIRCUITS - Keeps you entertained as well as trained! An ideal class for all levels of fitness! But be prepared to work hard!

HIP HOP - Learn how to move like an MTV dance star with award winning choreography! An energetic and stylish class with all the latest moves that leaves you hot and in control of your body.

LBT / AERO LBT - A toning class for the legs, buttocks & stomach muscles. This class may utilise equipment such as hand weights and step or  be aerobic &fat-burning.

NIA  - A winning combination of modern dance, yoga, tai chi and tribal dance styles. A rewarding and invigorating class that brings mind and body classes to the next level. Now offering Athletic and Classic styles! Watch our promotional video for more information.

PILATES / SCULPT - A mat work class focussing on deep core trunk muscles. Recommended by doctors and physiotherapists for back-care, prevention of injury and rehabilitation, this class will strengthen and tone the abs & back. SCULPT – may include work with weights & resistance bands & specific stretches from Yoga to lengthen & strengthen.

POLE DANCING - For fun and fitness, Pole Dancing is THE sexiest way to a strong, fit and flexible body! For ladies only, this class is suitable for ALL beginners to the pole! TRY IT ONCE AND YOU’LL BE HOOKED! FUN FITNESS FOR ALL!

BODY BLAST COMBAT - A winning combination class using punches & kicks from martial arts styles, this is an intensive and exhilarating class! Techniques and semi-contact to pads.

TAE KWON DO - The traditional Martial Arts training to focus and challenge the body with fitness training & technique. Semi-contact and grading offered, all levels welcome.

TONE ZONE - A combination of aerobic and strengthening moves using equipment such as hand-weights and the step, this class will tone and strengthen the whole body.

SPIN - A studio based aerobic biking workout which will challenge and improve your CV fitness & stamina. A calorie-burning, sweaty workout for all!

CIRCUITS - Either studio based or gym based, our resident instructor will keep each class fresh & interesting, and make sure that each member of the class gets a great aerobic and muscular workout.

STEP & AB’s  Blas - A choreographed aerobic blast using the step from all directions. A challenge for your cardiovascular fitness, core strength and awareness of direction. Studies have proven stepping to be one of the most effective aerobic and strengthening workouts, especially for the lower body. Come and try!!
